You're using a closed beta. Things may break, change, or be reset. We provide Firayla "as is" during this period and can't promise uptime or data durability yet.

These terms are an agreement between you and Firayla. By creating an account or using Firayla, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Who can use Firayla

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other people.
Post illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
Spam, scam, or send unsolicited promotions.
Attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
Use Firayla to organize anything illegal or dangerous.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms. You can report other users from their profile; we review reports during the beta on a best-effort basis.

Your content

You own the content you create. By posting it, you grant us a limited license to store and display it so the service can function (for example, showing your event to invited users). You're responsible for the content you share and for having the right to share it.

Events & meetups

Firayla helps people discover and organize in-person events. We do not vet events, hosts, or attendees and are not responsible for what happens at any gathering. Use your judgment and meet safely.

Beta disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firayla is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the beta.

Changes & termination

We may modify or discontinue features, or these terms, during the beta. You can stop using Firayla and request account deletion at any time by emailing hello@firayla.app.
